Prices are excluding Danish sales tax.
Minimum order is DKK 1000,- for 1st time orders from new Danish customers.
Minimum order is DKK 2000,- for 1st time orders from new foreign customers.
Foreign customers: Always in advance.
Danish customers: First purchase C.O.D. or in advance, subsequent purchases are on 30 days credit.
To overdue payments is added 2 % and then 2 % for each month overdue.
Payment reminder fee: 100,- DKK.
Usually within 1 -3 working days when items are in stock.
During busy periods (esp. after trade fairs) longer time should be expected.
We carry all products in stock, but delays or backorders from our suppliers can cause missing inventory. We ask your understanding of this.
Ordered items which are not delivered in the initial shipment will automatically be shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
We contract with GLS Pakketrans [click here], which delivers overnight in Denmark.
Most shipments out of Denmark are sent by UPS.
Whenever cost efficient, larger orders may be packed on a pallet and sent by a freight forwarding company.
Upon reception of shipment, visible damage to the packaging MUST be noted on the bill of lading and SAE IL must be informed of this within 8 days.
